SUBMIT our Mail-In Booking Form below to receive a free pre-addressed Canada Post shipping label. Once we receive your request we will email you the pre-paid mailing label. You will need to take your device/package to a Canada Post outlet (not mail box) to have your mailing lable/tracking number scanned.
Please visit our Repairs & Services page prior to mailing your device for the repair cost and to ensure we offer the repair you need. | Once your repair is complete will call you for payment via Visa, MasterCard or eTransfer.
When you receive the mailing label – print & attach it to a padded envelope for small devices, or box for larger devices. A shipping fee of $25.00 (+tax) will be added to the repair cost for the cost of RETURNING YOUR PHONE BY MAIL — THE COST OF MAILING US YOUR PHONE IS PAID BY THE MEGATRONIC CELLPHONE (please see below for turnaround time estimates).
IMPORTANT – Canada Post insures the package for up to $100. If you want extra insurance you will need to make arrangements for the coverage at the post office before shipping your package
